The Oundle Music Trust is seeking to recruit a Courses Administrator and welcomes applications from suitable individuals interested in working with one of the East Midlands’ leading arts organisations. Primarily working to facilitate the educational courses run by OMT under the title of Oundle for Organists, but also to play a significant part in a small team that produces a 9-day arts festival and other community events throughout the calendar year.

The Courses Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the administration and practical delivery of Oundle for Organists activities: budgets, liaison, marketing and support of the Director of OfO in the delivery of their vision. General and Box Office assistance and support to the Administrative Director fits in and around duties to OfO as part of the small team that delivers a large programme of activities.

You will be an efficient and pro-active person with proven administrative experience, excellent interpersonal and IT skills with an interest in the arts. You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases and have good attention to detail.

This is a part-time post of 16 hours a week, offering an interesting and flexible opportunity to the right candidate.

Salary c.£9,000.
